I'm going on a 3 day canoe trip/bachelor party next weekend. I still don't know the cooking/food details but since I can manage when I go backpacking in the mountains for days, I can probably handle this. I'm assuming coolers since we're not carrying it on our back and that means fresh meat and not relying on cured meats (salami, pepperoni, summer sausages), tuna and chicken in foil pouches, etc.
Though I'm sure the drinking will be the bad part of the diet. Oh well.
