What A “Sterling” Transformation!

Well, I do not believe I’ve ever seen such a profound change, by which I mean a virtual reprogramming of this guy’s genes.

This was reported to Mark Sisson, and I’ll just let the pictures speak for themselves, as well as motivate you to go read Sterling’s amazing story over at Mark’s Daily Apple.

What's the big deal? He transformed, because he lost weight.

    Survey sez WRONG!

    Your causation path is wrong.

He didn’t transform b/c he lost weight. He transformed b/c he completely changed his life.

To wit, (follow me here) He transformed his life, which transformed his body and mind (depression and other things he mentioned), which incidentally also resulted in him losing weight.

    My personal experience:

I no longer suffer from mysterious MASSIVE-ROCK-MY-WORLD-type migraines of migraines I have had frequently since childhood — Why? Cuz I cut wheat out of my life — NOT cuz I lost weight per se. Which I did.

I agree, Patrick. Losing weight is merely a bonus, with a paleo life style. The fact that I no longer have "numb head syndrome," stomach pain, anxiety and lethargy is all the proof I need to continue. Feeling twenty-five years younger is more impetus to move forward with this simple plan.
