Trust me: this is only going to get worse and worse for LC Starchophobes who make no critical distinction based on their religious reading of a 6-letter word. Until they come clean and begin to display some honesty.
Frank Bravin. Are you out there? Ready to meet a daughter and five grandchildren?
I'm going to suggest that it's entirely possible that an LC, VLC, keto approach, while workable and obviously therapeutic in many instances may, in the end, prove to be a primitive approach that denies a lot of pleasures you could be enjoying, even as a diabetic.
Before everyone gets all antsy, I have no problem with good, natural fats. Nor cholesterol. I don't think they are to be feared in the slightest. What I'm questioning is the propriety of lots and lots of added fat as opposed to primarily getting them from whole foods like meat, fish, fowl, offal, shellfish, eggs, whole dairy, etc.
I just might end up having to make LCers my basic enemy. It seems increasingly religious to me and they seem increasingly unwilling to deal with any new information that does not include eating more fat.
Anyway...My ranting about religion should always be seen by religious people of good conscience as Tough Love. I just think you can do better than that. You've got the fundamentals locked up, already.

I laf when I hear my wife on the phone about anything to do with business services.
I know I won't get my wish because it's already well in the can, but the final scene would be best with Walt out in the desert, his barreled money dug up right by him, roasting liver over a campfire. :)
