“I Don’t Answer Questions” With A Smile

Just a little blurb on a Monday morning here, Sunday evening or night-night for most of youz in the USA.

…For years, the more libertarian advice is “don’t talk to police.” It’s good advice.

A few days ago a commenter steered me to an FX series entitled Mr. Inbetween—out of Australia. Essentially, it’s about a quiet but smiling and skilled “security employee.” That’s euphemism for sometimes taking care of problems that require body disposal afterward. On the other hand, he maintains a nice and funny girlfriend, a half-Asian daughter, and attends anger management classes.

Nothing fucking wrangles him and that’s the true theme.

So I give you a short clip; it’s a more elegant, smiling, and polite way to not talk to to the police. The backstory is that his little cute half-Asian daughter is having a rough time at school, lead by the daughter of a rich socialite with a policeman brother. He had gone to her house and politely asked her to reign in her daughter. This is the aftermath.

Later, a young girl-teen boxer and jiujitsu fighter member of his training gym shown up at the school and encouraged the girl to never ever do anything like that again.

Mr. Inbetween is deadly but elegant. I’m a couple of episodes into season 2. The episodes are 30-minutes, which takes me back to one reason I really liked Californication. It’s just a lot tighter.

…Incidentally, I found that video clip on YouTube easily, one with about 100k views and another with close to 30k views. Both had disallowed embedding, so you can’t view here—I have to put up a link to their channel. Nope. They stole it, so I just stole it from the guy with 100K and uploaded it to BitChute. Hahahahahaha.

Have a don’t give a fuck evening.

The hubby and I just happened to binge watch this series this past weekend. It’s brilliant! We’ve been down the Aussie/NZ TV rabbit hole for 2 years during the scamdemic. Noteable: Check out (kiwi) Michael Dorman in Patriot on Prime. Similar vibe. You’ll love it. Cheers, mate!
