These NAZI Say Vitamin D3 Plus K2 Kills Covid; WOKE Issues Warnings

The NAZI suspects are: Lorenz Borsche, Heidelberg, Germany (how suspect is that?), Bernd Glauner, Tübingen, Germany (plot thickens), and Julian von Mendel, Erfurt, Germany (and there you have it, the aristocratic-von-NAZI-alliance).

The three NAZI under suspicion of criminal acts against the WOKE-State had the audacious criminal courage to submit a paper that got published in the Journal Nutrients, an obviously subversive organization, fronted by the “Multidisciplinary Digital Publishing Institute” (MDPI), a well-established NAZI-sympathizer and pawn that goes against all WOKE.

In it, they claim to find that Vitamin D status combined with Vitamin K2 status basically makes Covid less arduous than the hangovers Good-NAZI-Germans are already used to.

Thus, daily vitamin D3 supplementation in the range of 4000 to 10,000 units (100 to 250 µg) needed to generate an optimal vitamin D3 blood level in the range of 40–60 ng/mL has been shown to be completely safe when combined with approximately 200 µg/mL vitamin K2 [80,81,82]. Fuckin’ NAZI. How long must WOKE have to put up with them?

As to myself, I find myself having to backtrack and admit to my own previous failings. After a due diligence search of this blog, I find that I myself have been susceptible to NAZI way back, like in 2007—14 damn years ago—and even continuing for years after where I was so attuned to NAZI propaganda on both vitamin D3 and K2.

Towards my shame and hopeful ultimate redemption from WOKE.

I wrote this bit of NAZI propaganda—to my shame—on October 17, 2008, more than 13 years ago, already, where I advanced the criminal, anti-WOKE notion that vitamin D3 and K2 are linked and might be synergistic and healthful.

Yet again, something I blogged about 18 months ago may just now be coming to the mainstream. Stay tuned, and it’s not the only thing. Within another 18 months, you might hear a bombshell about K2, Menatetrenone (MK-4) as well. More on that, below.

Here are my past entries on Vitamin D.

The first of those is the most important. Feel free to go take a look at how I used to blog (political), but the important thing is the article I linked. How-a-bouts a couple of quick excerpts?

For decades, researchers have puzzled over why rich northern countries have cancer rates many times higher than those in developing countries — and many have laid the blame on dangerous pollutants spewed out by industry.

But research into vitamin D is suggesting both a plausible answer to this medical puzzle and a heretical notion: that cancers and other disorders in rich countries aren’t caused mainly by pollutants but by a vitamin deficiency known to be less acute or even non-existent in poor nations. […]

What’s more, researchers are linking low vitamin D status to a host of other serious ailments, including multiple sclerosis, juvenile diabetes, influenza, osteoporosis and bone fractures among the elderly. […]

But perhaps the biggest bombshell about vitamin D’s effects is about to go off. In June, U.S. researchers will announce the first direct link between cancer prevention and the sunshine vitamin. Their results are nothing short of astounding.

A four-year clinical trial involving 1,200 women found those taking the vitamin had about a 60-per-cent reduction in cancer incidence, compared with those who didn’t take it, a drop so large — twice the impact on cancer attributed to smoking — it almost looks like a typographical error.

Now, think about this from an evolutionary perspective, prior to modern mass migration. Northern latitude: white skin. As you proceeed south, toward the equator, increasingly dark skin on average. Vitamin D is fat soluable, which means, it can build up. At certain high levels it can produce a toxic effect. Final piece of the puzzle: white skin absorbes UV and synthesizes vitamin D way faster than increasingly dark skin. So, natural selection being what it was, those able to make use of the far shorter summers and lower angle of exposure to sunlight (white skin) fared better in the harshness of life; whereas, those in the south where the sun is year-round — and very high in the sky for efficient exposure — fared better by having protection against too much (dark skin), with consequent toxicity.

Now, apply the facts, again: “rich northern countries have cancer rates many times higher than those in developing countries.”

So, now to the next article, in The New Yort TimesDoubling of Vitamin D for Children Is Urged. It’s short, so do read the whole thing. One interesting tidbit: mother’s milk, just like virtually all our foods, doesn’t cut it for vitamin D. And why? God (or nature, take your pick) stupid? Well, I think Occam compels me to conclude that vitamin D from food was no more necessary for ancestral man than was getting air from food. And, since we spent a great deal of time outdoors exposed to sunlight, just like we spent a great deal of time breathing the atmosphere, there was no problem. There was no evolutionary pressure to get D from food.

Then modern ignorance happened, and everyone’s afraid of the sun because of a minuscule risk of skin cancer (1,500 people die per year), and they leave all the other cancers on the table (1,500 die PER DAY from the others), most of which aren’t found in developing countries where there’s lots of sun and people spend a lot of time in it. If that’s not a fool’s wager, then I don’t know what is.

I said I’d mention K2. Let me give you the references. Later, I will blog about the amazing results both my wife and I have experienced in having supplemented with this fat soluble vitamin for these past months (in combo with A and D from cod liver oil, as well). You really owe it to yourself to look into this. Think of it this way: 60 years ago they were curing cavities in teeth by getting them to re-calcify using this exact thing. Now, think of what happens with a vitamin D deficiency; rickets, right? rubbery bones. Calcium. Other mineral salts. What you will find is that these vitamins, in combination, essentially cause your minerals to go everyplace they should, and no place they shouldn’t (such as the walls of your arteries).

You are not going to get through that in a short time, but you must get through it. Please read all of those references. The first four are by Stephan the biologist, and the last, by Chris Masterjohn of the Weston A. Price Foundation.

Oh, and K2 (MK-4) is only found in animal sources. Vegans and vegetarians lose, again.

Later: A final thought. If you’re a dark skin living in a place that doesn’t get a lot of sun, or you don’t get a lot of sun, you should look into supplementation. Conversely, if you’re a white skin living in a place that gets a lot of sun, or you happen to get a lot of sun, you should look into protection. The bottom line is that you ought to understand this, think about how your experience may be different from the ancestors who came before you and the conditions under which they evolved and set your genes in motion, and take action accordingly.


Can you believe how un-WOKE I was? I’ve been supplementing with D3 combined with K2 since 2007 or so. Always in combination, and periodically, with calcium citrate or malate tossed in, but never too much. Now I guess I have to stop all of that.

    In addition to D and K2, you need adequate Magnesium, which is required to convert the storage form of D into the bioactive form. To test serum Vit D levels, there are at home blood tests available.

      This is true, adequate mag, not necessarily supplemental with each intake of sup D3 and K2. I like to pop a couple hundred MG Mag Citrate once or twice per week in addition to food.

    Medicare denied payment on my last vitamin D3 test. Labcorp charged me 300$. fortunately I have previous ones that show pretty high values. I also take K2 and Mg.

    the best Vit D test is 1, 25 (OH) which is not same as D3 or 25 (OH). the effective metabolite of calciferol requires enzymatic change with the two OHases. This is rarely tested as D3 is a “reasonable” approximation. But if you aren’t blessed with the 1 and 25 OHases you are in trouble.

      The last test I had, back in May by blood draw was 25 (OH), I believe, 92.62 ng/mL. I rarely pop a supp, but when I do, it’s with a K2 (MKs 4 and 7 blend). I pop about 200 mg of mag citrate 2-3 times per week.

      Interesting. I too got a lot of pushback from Labcorp about my Vitamin D test. I had private insurance at the time and eventually they paid for it after bitching and moaning. Interesting this pushback against Vit D testing in the age of Covid. So my test result says the test was “Vitamin D, 25-Hydroxy.” Is this the good test? Anyway, my result was 68.6 ng/mL with a reference range of 30-100.

      And I have been taking D3+K2 forever. D3 dose is 10,000 IU (250 mcg); K2 dose is 100 mcg. Is that enough K2? Anyway, that pill seem to give me the above referenced 68.6 ng/mL which fits within Richard’s recommendation. And I most likely started taking this because of Richard’s old advice as I have been following him for as long as I can remember.

    “I’ve been supplementing with D3 combined with K2 since 2007 or so.” Me too! But I take it daily, at last test I was at 65. My last blood test was in June, but Kaiser wouldn’t do the D3 and lipid panel, which I don’t get. Maybe because of my age of 83 they figure, even if I have high cholesterol, it won’t matter because I’ll be dead before it kills me. But, the last time they tested was in 2020, when my LDL was 48mg/dl, HDL was at 54mg/dl TG at 153mg/dl, total cholesterol at 133mg/dl. My Vit. D (25-OH) was at 64ng/ml.

    My doc actually told me to take 4000 iu of D3 and tested me. Being a Paleo follower I knew about that and K2 for several years and just said ok. I don’t remember what it was but it was higher then most Americans. Like the low end of the new normal I believe. It may have saved me at many points because my breathing is compromised.
