Week 1 Report On No Alcohol For Me (Video)

It's actually day 10 at the time of this writing, but the video was recorded some hours after completing the absolute ease of the first week—effortless compared to previous excursions down this path. I've been contemplating all of the elements that contribute to this, some of which are mentioned. A glaring one that has not been mentioned but will be outlined at the 2-week report.

Doing several of these videos over the last week, as I have said within them, is that they're my equivalent of "going to a meeting."

For those just joining in, this all began over frustration of having zero appetite for a long time, where it was a chore to eat and had it not been required, I'd have been happy to just eat nothing:

I don’t like food anymore (with video)

After input and thinking on it, I decided to try the most obvious thing: dump the alcohol and add the gym...check. Here's the posts with videos I did during that first week.

  1. Drop Alcohol and Work Out to Cure Loss of Appetite
  2. Update on my Abstaining from Alcohol to Cure Loss of Appetite
  3. “Alcoholic” is a meaningless, stigmatizing term serving moneyed interests
  4. My Totally Unconventional Alcohol Abstention Method That Defies Experts

...By day 3 of the first week, I was getting my appetite back. I posted some food pics in #2, above. Well, here's 8 more of them, then the video.
